The Original is our most versatile and wide-loved mattress. With a medium firmness level (5-6/10), it's an ideal choice for mattress shoppers who are unsure of their firmness level preferences. The Original provides comfort and support for most sleeper profiles; however, strict stomach sleepers and sleepers over 230 pounds will want a firmer option. Original All-Foam Hybrid

We designed the Original All-Foam Hybrid specifically for side sleepers and combination sleepers who gravitate toward their sides. It provides the cushioning, pressure relief, flexibility, and responsiveness that side sleepers need for all-night comfort.

Every Nolah mattress purchase includes a 120-night at-home sleep trial. If, against all expectations, you don't love your mattress, you can return it for a full refund. Our logistics partner will pick up the mattress; you're only responsible for a $99 flat fee to cover labor and one-way transportation.

The trial begins the day your mattress arrives. Sleep on your Nolah mattress for at least 30 nights before making a decision—this gives you enough time to adjust to your new bed and fully experience its comfort and support benefits.

If you wish to return your mattress, please use the email form on our Contact page or email us at support@nolahmattress.com. To qualify for a full refund, you must initiate the return process after the 30-night break-in period but before the 120-night trial expires.

Return Process

1. Submit Request: Please use the email form on our Contact page or email us at support@nolahmattress.com to request a return. We cannot process returns over the phone or live chat, only through email. Once your request is received, a member of our customer support team will reach out to walk you through the rest of the process.

2. Schedule Pick-Up: We'll set up the scheduled mattress pick-up with one of our third-party logistics partners. The $99 flat fee (deducted from your refund) covers the pick-up and transportation. When possible, we arrange for the mattress to be donated to a local charity or mattress recycling program, depending on your state's laws.

3. Day of Pick-Up: Our support team member will provide instructions on what to do on the scheduled pick-up day. Typically, you leave the mattress unboxed for pick-up, and the driver does the rest. Then, email us a scan or digital photo of the pick-up receipt.

4. Refund: Once we receive a copy of the pick-up receipt, we'll process your refund in full (minus the $99 flat fee). You will receive a Refund Notification via email.

Once you place your mattress order, we ship it out quickly from our factory in Arizona. You'll see an estimated timeline for when your mattress will leave the facility below the "Add to Cart" button on this page.

Once it ships, you'll receive a Shipping Notification with your FedEx tracking number at the email addresses used to place the order.

We partner with Load Up, a local third-party logistics partner, to offer white glove mattress removal and setup. You can choose from three service options: mattress removal only, mattress setup only, or our removal and setup package. For $225, the package also includes complete setup of a new Nolah foundation or adjustable base. Base or foundation setup is not available with mattress removal or setup only.

Once you have purchased an option, you will receive an email from Load Up to schedule the service. We recommend waiting to schedule until FedEx has delivered all your items. You can choose a 4-hour block of time on your preferred date.

Yes! We recommend rotating your mattress 180 degrees every six months to spread out wear and prevent impressions.

Our zoned AirFoam™ features hole-punched bands toward the top and bottom of the mattress. This design lets you rest your head on either end of the mattress, as one of the bands will fall around your shoulders for enhanced flexibility and plush comfort.

A short queen is an ideal RV mattress size—they conserve space but still fit two adults. Short queen beds measure 60 inches wide by 74 inches long. They're the same width as standard queens, but 6 inches shorter.

A short king is a spacious RV mattress size for two adults. They measure 72 inches wide by 75 inches long, which is 4 inches narrower and 5 inches shorter than a standard king mattress.

A split king bed consists of two twin XL mattresses placed side by side on a king-sized base. Together, the two twin XL mattresses (38 by 80 inches) measure the same size as a standard king mattress (76 by 80 inches).

When you order a split king, you don't have to choose the same model or firmness level for the two twin XL mattresses. It's the perfect setup for couples with different body types, sleep positions, and comfort preferences.

Also, if you have a split king adjustable base, pairing it with two twin XL mattresses lets you adjust each side of the bed independently.

No. Nolah is committed to our customers' comfort and safety, and all our mattresses are 100 percent fiberglass-free. Rigorous testing and strict certifications demonstrate the safety of all materials used in our mattresses.

Our AirFoam™ mattresses (Nolah Original, Signature, and Evolution) are CertiPUR-US® certified and free from ozone depleters, heavy metals, and chemical fire retardants. Our latex hybrid mattresses (Nolah Natural and Nurture) are Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certified and use Oeko-Tex® 100 certified latex.

The CertiPUR-US® program uses independent, accredited laboratories to assess polyurethane foam. They run small chamber tests standardized by the International Organization for Standardization, and certified foams must meet strict criteria for content, emissions, and durability.
