Meet Our Mattresses

Every Nolah mattress purchase includes a 120-night at-home sleep trial. If against all expectations, you don't love your mattress, you can return it for a full refund. Our logistics partner will pick up the mattress; you're only responsible for a $99 flat fee to cover labor and one-way transportation.

The trial begins the day your mattress arrives. Sleep on your Nolah mattress for at least 30 nights before making a decision—this gives you enough time to adjust to your new bed and fully experience its comfort and support benefits.

If you wish to return your mattress, please use the email form on our Contact page or email us at support@nolahmattress.com. To qualify for a full refund, you must initiate the return process after the 30-night break-in period but before the 120-night trial expires.

Return Process

1. Submit Request: Please use the email form on our Contact page or email us at support@nolahmattress.com to request a return. We cannot process returns over the phone or live chat, only through email. Once your request is received, a member of our customer support team will reach out to walk you through the rest of the process.

2. Schedule Pick-Up: We'll set up the scheduled mattress pick-up with one of our third-party logistics partners. The $99 flat fee (deducted from your refund) covers the pick-up and transportation. When possible, we arrange for the mattress to be donated to a local charity or mattress recycling program, depending on your state's laws.

3. Day of Pick-Up: Our support team member will provide instructions on what to do on the scheduled pick-up day. Typically, you leave the mattress unboxed for pick-up, and the driver does the rest. Then, email us a scan or digital photo of the pick-up receipt.

4. Refund: Once we receive a copy of the pick-up receipt, we'll process your refund in full (minus the $99 flat fee). You will receive a Refund Notification via email.

Once you place your mattress order, we ship it out quickly from our factory in Arizona. You'll see an estimated timeline for when your mattress will leave the facility below the "Add to Cart" button on each product page.

Once it ships, you'll receive a Shipping Notification with your FedEx tracking number at the email addresses used to place the order.

We partner with Load Up, a local third-party logistics partner, to offer white glove mattress removal and setup. You can choose from three service options: mattress removal only, mattress setup only, or our removal and setup package. For $225, the package also includes full setup of a new Nolah foundation or adjustable base. Base or foundation setup is not available with mattress removal or setup only.

You can order white glove service right here on our website, in the Optional | In-Home Removal/Setup and Trial Waiver section on this page. Click "Add Mattress Removal & Setup" and choose one of the three options in the pop-up menu.

Once you have purchased an option, you will receive an email from Load Up to schedule the service. You can choose a 4-hour block of time on your preferred date.

Affirm, our financing provider, allows you to pay for your Nolah products over time in easy monthly installments. We're happy to offer our customers flexible options, with APR financing as low as 0 percent.

Depending on the amount financed, you can spread payments across three, six, 12, 18, and or 24 months. You can pay any outstanding balance in full at any time during this period.

Using Affirm is easy! Add your Nolah products to your shopping cart, and choose Affirm as the payment option at checkout. Apply, and Affirm will instantly determine your credit options. Affirm will perform a soft credit check that does not affect your credit score or show up on your credit report.

Once you place your order, Nolah will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. Affirm will stay in touch and remind you of upcoming payments. You can manage payments at Affirm.com.

The lifetime warranty covers defects to a Nolah mattress not caused by normal wear and tear. If your mattress has a defect, we'll either repair or replace it, ensuring it meets our quality standards and your full satisfaction.

Our AirFoam™ mattresses (Nolah Original, Signature, and Evolution) are CertiPUR-US® certified and free from ozone depleters, heavy metals, and chemical fire retardants. Our latex hybrid mattresses (Nolah Natural and Nurture) feature Oeko-Tex® 100 Class 1 certified latex.
